Pauline’s career spans a diverse range of roles, beginning in administration and sales with organisations such as the Yorkshire Post Newspapers and Burton’s Business Park, before
transitioning into the education sector. For over 25 years, she has worked across Leeds high schools and further education, becoming a highly experienced and trusted education support professional. Pauline specialises in working
with vulnerable, isolated, and overlooked learners, offering advocacy, guidance, and
personalised support to help students build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve
academic success.
Her roles have included Learning Mentor, Behaviour Support Worker, Cover Supervisor, and
most recently Study Support Coach at Leeds City College, where she supported learners in progressing towards their Maths and English GCSE qualifications. Driven by compassion and a deep commitment to her community, Pauline is dedicated to
empowering individuals of all ages to grow, thrive, and reach their potential
