Mati is an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Fractional Chief Learning Officer specialising in leadership transitions, leadership communication and leading across cultures.
His background includes senior leadership roles in higher education, including serving as Dean and Head of Teaching & Learning Development at the London campuses of two European business schools. He has also worked with Executive MBA graduates transitioning into more senior roles across a range of sectors.
Having worked, studied and travelled across almost 80 countries, Mati brings an international perspective to leadership, learning and communication.
Mati holds postgraduate qualifications in a wide range of related fields and speaks several languages at varying levels of proficiency, including Spanish and Russian at a high level.
He is also the author of The Long View, a newsletter exploring leadership, learning and communication—with a few life stories sprinkled in along the way.
Outside work, Mati enjoys spending time with his family, reading far too much non-fiction, watching football and tennis, and planning his next adventure abroad.
