Founder and Director of AME FOR ROMA
My name is Lidia Persidia Holea, and I am the Founder and Director of AME FOR ROMA, a Roma-led community organisation based in Leeds.
I am a passionate community leader dedicated to supporting Roma families, empowering women and young people, and promoting equality, education, health and wellbeing.
Through my community work, I have built strong relationships with local organisations, schools, healthcare services and community partners to create opportunities and improve the lives of families.
My passion is to bring people together, build stronger communities and help individuals feel valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.
I believe that through faith, kindness, unity and working together, we can make a positive difference in people’s lives.
