Fidelis is the CEO of Migrant Action, a Leeds-based grassroots migration justice organisation. He has a keen interest in fostering authentic collaboration and building collective power by centring the voices and abilities of those at the sharp edges of systemic injustice.
Fidelis is always curious about new possibilities for transformation and envisioning better futures. Fidelis has over 20 years of working in the migration and humanitarian sector in the UK and Africa. He is also an executive coach, transformative leadership consultant, and community organiser.
His most important job is being dad to his 2 lovely children, who are 21 and 18
