Co-founder of Blossoming Beyond Borders
Fathiat Olawuwo is the Co-founder of Blossoming Beyond Borders, a community supporting young recent immigrants as they navigate access to education, apprenticeships, and meaningful employment in the UK.
Her work began by openly sharing her own journey of navigating immigration and breaking into opportunities that often felt out of reach. Today, she has built a community of over 9,000 young people, equipping them with the resources, networks, and confidence to define success on their own terms.
Alongside her role as a Tax Analyst at one of the Big 4s, Fathiat’s work spans across consulting with global organisations on youth employability, access to apprenticeships, and reducing barriers that prevent young people from accessing opportunity. Through speaking, community-building, and advocacy, she is passionate about helping young people see their lived experiences as a strength and use their stories as a powerful advantage for both their personal and professional growth.
