As a mother of a 21-year-old son, she combines professional expertise with lived experience to empower parents to raise resilient, confident, and purpose-driven children.
Beginning her career in primary education, Chioma is passionate about strengthening families and helping parents navigate challenges such as digital wellbeing, online safety, and youth development. She is the author of Parenting as Leadership, which encourages parents to embrace their role as influential leaders in their children’s lives.
A passionate advocate for social mobility, STEM careers, and increasing opportunities for women and girls in STEM, Chioma works at the intersection of parenting, education, leadership, and social impact. Her contributions have been recognised through the Wise Women Award and the Future Ed Parent Support of the Year Award.
