Lola Olaniyi-Alabi is a highly accomplished trainer, assessor, and educator with a specialisation in health and social care, safeguarding, and neurodiversity support. With over 25 years of combined experience in the UK and Nigeria, Lola has had a profound impact on individuals and communities through her teaching, mentoring, and leadership.

Her extensive career spans both professional and community-based settings. As a Sunday school and Teens Church teacher for 18 years at Winners’ Chapel International UK, Lola has demonstrated her passion for fostering strong, compassionate relationships within faith-based communities. She has consistently used her skills to inspire personal and spiritual growth, making her a trusted mentor for young people and adults alike.

Lola holds a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status, empowering her to educate learners of all ages and backgrounds. In her current role as a Learning Delivery Officer in the civil service, she excels in leadership, digital education, and inclusive teaching, ensuring that individuals have the tools they need to succeed in an evolving educational landscape.
