Founder, Striving For Inclusion CIC
Coura Gueye is the Founder and Director of Striving For Inclusion CIC, a Leeds-based organisation supporting migrant, EAL, SEND, and culturally diverse families. With first-hand experience supporting neurodivergent and SEND learners in schools across Leeds, she is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people through inclusive, culturally responsive practice.
Through Striving For Inclusion, Coura leads programmes that support children, parents, and communities, helping families navigate education, health, and social care services while strengthening engagement and belonging. She also contributes to SEND and neurodiversity awareness initiatives in
Senegal, working alongside schools, families, and community leaders to build a greater understanding of inclusion across cultures.
Coura is passionate about ensuring that every child feels valued, understood, and supported, drawing on her own West African heritage to bridge cultural identity with inclusive practice. Her guiding principle is simple: Every Child Belongs.
