Neurodiversity Advocate

Nike Oluyemi is a Technology Delivery Lead in a top global technology organisation, as well as a neurodiversity advocate, content creator, wife, and mother of three boys. She oversees high-pressure technology delivery programmes while actively championing neurodiversity awareness and caregiver wellbeing. As a working caregiver to a son with autism, Nike draws on lived experience to inform her advocacy, sharing authentic insight into raising a neurodivergent child while maintaining a demanding career. This perspective has shaped her leadership approach, which is rooted in resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Through her platform, NikkyDizzle, she fosters conversations around neurodivergent parenting, emotional resilience, and caregiver wellbeing.

Her work encourages parents—particularly mothers—to protect their wellbeing, prioritise rest and self-care, and recognise that looking after themselves is essential, not optional. Her message is simple yet powerful: you cannot pour from an empty cup—self-care is not a luxury, but a necessity for showing up fully in life, work, and family.
